Domenico Cimarosa's bubbly domestic comedy replete with arranged marriages, feuding sisters, an overbearing father, a cougar auntie, and a randy Englishman and yes indeed, a secret marriage, challenging traditions and blurring boundaries between social strata. We set our production in 1950's Bologna, where timeless traditions and modern ideas converge and clash, to hilariously untangle romantic twists and learn new ways to live and love.
